Ballooney's ships USPS first class on most orders with the exceptions of overnight mail or two-day express or larger heavier orders which may require the service of another carrier. Our shipping rates are based on per item charge and a handling fee which is incorporated into the overall shipping cost. We here at Ballooney's Party Supplies.com work hard to get our orders out in a timely manner, however we are not responsible for delivering on exact dates and times as shipping dates are estimated and not to be interpreted as exact arrivals at anytime. We do not accept returns for missed estimated delivery dates. Your party or event dates are you the customers responsibility. We are not responsible for any order which missed a party or event.
Ballooney's party supplies cannot make any modify any order once order has been placed in our system.
We do not cancel out any order(s) once they have been placed with us. Once order is placed it is considered a confirmed status. If customer needs to add to an order then another order must be placed and Ballooney's Party Supplies must be emailed of the additional order.
Without an email notification to us Ballooney's Party Supplies will ship order separately. If an second order has been placed but not within a 1 hour time frame then the additional order will be shipped separately with a separate shipping charge that will apply.
Ballooney's Party Supplies does not ship out on Sundays or holidays where there is no postal deliveries. Also customer needs to factor in these times which can affect delivery to you. Ballooney's is not liable for out of our control situations such as lost orders, extreme weather conditions or acts of god which prevent the mail from being delivered. Ballooney's only ships out to the address on file. Address changes may be made prior to order shipping if feasible for us. If order has already shipped not changes can be made.
